parking tickets

Good for you to come forward with this issue. I too had the same problem happen to me. In 1994 I received one ticket and when I went to fight it i had to take a day off from work  I was told that I had two other additional tickets which i never knew about. When I inquired more I knew that it was not me. I was not at those locations. I was also told that if I had gotten one more ticket then my car would have been towed.  I had a female judge and I explained my case and she dropped one ticket and reduced the other two. But I knew I was innocent and was not in those places. Seeing your story tonight on TV brought back some memories.
