Traffic Agent dont know handicap rules

Went shopping at a Supermarket in Brooklyn , NY. I have NYC special permit for the handicap. I parked in desinated spot for handicaps. I come out and find a parking ticket for $180.00. I did not know why. Two worker told me for wrong handicap permit in window. The supermarket workers told me where this agent went next after he left supermarket parking lot. I drove over to this agent and confronted him. The agent name Mr. King , told me it was the wrong pass. Hanidcap is Handicap. This agent was nasty, rude, he knew he was guilty. I caught this agent in his lie and reported him to our Mayor who has an office for the handicap. This agent should know the laws for handicap. I was under the impression a Traffic Agent only ride in meter parking lot. Not private supermarket lot. Did this Agent need also a quota? What is wrong with city? Hiring agent who have no knowledge of handicap laws. I would love to sue this agent. My health got distrubed.

The majority of the traffic  Agents cannot speak english , nor read . I guess thats why it's best to work for the city . They all seem to be slow in some sort .I'm not even gonna play the race card because they all & i mean all are slow .
