  • Message Boards during the Yankee Parade

    I was very disappointed to see several very negative and even obscene messages posted during the Yankee Parade and Celebration today from Yankee haters.

    It seems every Yankee fan was very well behaved on the street and on the board.

    Why do some people want to take our celebration away from us? Why do they resent the Yankees so? Sure, 9 years isn't very long for some teams to go between Championships but to us is the start of a new era. What's wrong with having a team to emulate and rival? Yes, the Yankees often "buy" their best players but who wouldn't! This is New York, New York and they made it here!
